We are looking for a client-oriented and commercially minded professional who is comfortable working with payment products, data, and long-term partnerships, and who shares our culture and values.
About the role
We’re looking for an assistant to help the Sales and Account Management teams keep processes in order: maintain the pipeline, prepare client-facing materials, document agreements, support communications, and help the team close tasks faster.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure and accuracy, is comfortable with lots of communication, and wants to grow in B2B sales and client management in fintech.

Responsibilities:
- Compile attendee lists for exhibitions and conferences; actively source leads and take initial actions on them.
- Capture agreements from internal and cross-team meetings (notes/minutes); track deadlines and ensure the team completes next steps.
- Collect and organize client information: basic research, preparing briefs/tables, and updating the knowledge base.
- Support reporting: pipeline, activity, and client results (weekly/monthly updates).
- Support internal processes: organize materials, templates, and folders; standardize documents and communications; monitor CRM field completion and data quality.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an assistant/coordinator/sales operations specialist/support specialist (or strong motivation to enter B2B).
- Confident user of Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs/Sheets/Slides); accuracy in spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail, a structured approach, and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong communication and tact: professional written communication and handling client requests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- English B2+ (email/meetings)
Nice to have:
- Experience preparing presentations and/or commercial proposals.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales (pipeline, leads, qualification, follow-ups).
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/Bitrix24, etc.).
- Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
