Overview:
We are seeking a Security Business Partner to step in as the primary authority and owner of security for a strategic partner project. This is not a support role – it is a critical senior ownership role where you will be accountable for the security posture of the partner project.
Purpose of the role:
You will move beyond simple compliance to shape and drive the security strategy, ensuring it is embedded into the DNA of the project. Functioning as a vital strategic link, you will collaborate side-by-side with the Global Security team, ensuring that global standards empower security innovation. You will be the voice of the business at the group level and the face of security within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Take Ownership: Manage the security roadmap for the project. You’ll ensure that security isn’t an afterthought but a part of the project’s DNA.
- Be the single point of contact: You are the “go-to” person for any security-related questions from the business units.
- Bridge the gap: Help the local teams understand global security requirements and help the Global Security team understand the local business context.
- Risk Management: Spot potential risks in local operations or products early on and work with teams to fix them before they become a problem.
- Stay Compliant: Make sure the company follows both internal group policies and external regulations without slowing down the business.
- Incident Support: If something goes wrong, you are the key link between the local team and the global Incident Response experts to keep things under control.
Required Experience:
- Experience: At least 3 years in Cybersecurity in similar positions: consulting, auditing, business-oriented CS engineering. Experience in iGaming is a strong plus.
- Communication: This is key. You need to be able to explain complex technical risks to a Product Manager or a C-level in simple terms.
- Tech Background: You should understand how modern software/IT infrastructure works so you can speak the same language as the developers.
- Proactive Mindset: We want a partner who looks for solutions, not just problems.
- English: Good enough to work in an international environment (B2 or higher).
Nice to have:
- Certifications: Things like CISM, CISSP, or CISA are a plus, but your practical experience and attitude matter more to us.
