Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Account Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships & Expert Engagement
- Coordinate the identification and onboarding of external experts and advisors from a curated shortlist
- Lead outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation of collaboration terms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of engagement: from initial contact to finalizing legal and operational documentation (e.g. NDAs, agreements).
- Plan and facilitate regular meetings, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high-quality communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, strategic notes, and supporting documents for leadership and external participants. NGO Project Management
- Oversee the roadmap for launching a new non-profit initiative from concept to operational launch.
- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams on entity registration, governance model, and compliance processes.
- Help define the NGO’s mission, vision, and potential partnership strategy.
- Manage project milestones, risk tracking, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience needed:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, stakeholder coordination, or project management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Russian C1/Native (written and verbal).
- Experience managing multiple high-level stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
- Background or interest in non-profit initiatives or CSR
- Familiarity with legal and strategic documentation (agreements, charters, etc.) is an advantage.
