Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You’ll work on optimizing our websites, content, and online presence, contributing to our continued growth and visibility in search engines and driving impactful digital results across our markets.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving the company’s SEO strategy by improving website performance, optimizing content, and increasing organic search visibility. Your work will support business growth, enhance user experience, and provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams, ensuring our digital presence remains competitive and data-driven.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aimed at achieving and sustaining top search rankings across target markets
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic advantages
- Lead technical SEO audits covering crawl architecture, indexability, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and structured data
- Define site improvement requirements for engineering teams and own the backlog through to deployment
- Architect site structures and internal linking frameworks for new and existing projects
- Develop content strategies grounded in keyword research, topical clustering, intent mapping, and SERP analysis
- Develop and oversee link-building strategies, including anchor text planning and placement quality assessment
- Develop and apply GEO/AEO methodologies to optimise content for AI-generated answer surfaces — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and similar
- Optimise website content and structure to improve brand and product visibility and citation rates across AI-powered search tools
- Leverage AI tools to enhance SEO workflows across research, strategy, content operations, and performance analysis
- Own performance monitoring across GSC, GA4, and third-party tools; surface trends and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Contribute to SEO documentation, SOPs, and cross-functional knowledge sharing
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a demonstrable track record of driving organic growth in competitive markets
- Deep working knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and off-page authority building
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting trends, and building business cases
- Proficiency in: Ahrefs, Semrush, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, Surfer, GA4, GSC, Looker, HubSpot, Jira; working knowledge of HTML
- English B1+ and Russian B2+ (both used actively in day-to-day work)
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, development, and product teams
