Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Setup Manager to join our Game Aggregator team.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal systems, handling configuration requests and ensuring smooth platform operations across our iGaming products.

Purpose of the role:
- You’ll manage client configuration requests such as RTP adjustments, betting limits, and currency setup to ensure accurate platform performance
- You’ll support operational continuity by processing and validating requests across multiple systems and tools
Key responsibilities:
- Process client requests (RTP changes, limits, currency additions) using internal tools to ensure accurate system updates
- Analyse incoming requests and documentation to validate correctness before implementation
- Work with Jira and Confluence to track tasks, maintain records, and ensure visibility across teams
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders via Gmail to clarify requirements and confirm changes
- Collaborate with development and product teams using GitLab to support issue resolution when needed
- Maintain and update documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
Required Experience:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Russian language skills at B1 level or higher
- Experience in iGaming or technical support
- Strong information analysis skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills
