Purpose of the role:
You’ll support merchants and partners by ensuring stable technical integrations, resolving complex issues, and helping clients get the most value from the platform. Your work will directly impact product reliability, client satisfaction, and the efficiency of payment operations across multiple markets.
You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and support teams to improve workflows, optimise integrations, and contribute to product enhancements based on real client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants by diagnosing, investigating, and resolving integration and payment-related issues
- Manage and support technical integrations with payment providers, merchants, and third-party systems
- Analyse API requests, logs, and transaction flows using tools such as Postman, browser devtools, and monitoring systems
- Gather client requirements and translate business needs into clear technical tasks for internal teams
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve platform functionality and integration processes
- Assist merchants with payment setup, routing strategies, and operational optimisation based on business goals
- Coordinate issue resolution and task delivery across multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service quality
- Contribute product and process improvement ideas based on merchant feedback and technical observations
Required Experience:
- Upper Intermediate English or higher
- Confident presentation and communication skills, including client calls and product demonstrations
- Solid understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies
- Hands-on experience with Postman (or similar API tools) and browser developer tools
- Ability to investigate technical issues and work effectively across multiple teams
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working with payment systems, gateways, acquirers, or PSPs
- Understanding of the payments ecosystem, merchant needs, card schemes, and transaction flows
- Previous experience in technical support, integration support, or technical account management
- Programming experience in any language and ability to work with API requests/scripts
- Familiarity with ELK stack or similar logging and monitoring tools
- Russian proficiency – Upper Intermediate or higher
