Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Technical Content Operations Specialist.

Purpose of the Role:
You will take ownership of the platform’s technical content and frontend, ensuring smooth deployment, structured product data, and accurate localization. This role combines hands-on CMS management, UI and asset oversight, and first-line technical support, giving you the opportunity to directly influence the quality, structure, and delivery of content across multiple brands and regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Advanced CMS Management & HTML Integration: Take full ownership of the Content Management System (CMS), utilizing HTML to structure, format, and optimize technical content and layouts across the platform
- UI Asset Deployment: Manage the frontend visual layer, including the strategic placement
- Product Inventory Management: Oversee the lifecycle of digital assets and software modules (activation, deactivation, sorting, and integration)
- Taxonomy & Metadata Optimization: Maintain and update product categories, manage metadata, and optimize asset sets based on product team requirements
- Multitenant Brand Onboarding: Technically support the launch of new projects, ensuring content deployment consistency and alignment with technical standards
- Internationalization (i18n) Support: Manage and create locale-specific content packages to ensure proper platform localization for various regions
- Deployment & Scripting Tasks: Undertake technical tasks related to deployment activities, using scripts to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates
- L1 Technical Support & Incident Management: Promptly diagnose, localize, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and platform glitches on the first line of support
- Logic Debugging: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in business logic (specifically in reward distribution systems), handling escalations from the support teams
Required Experience:
- Basic IT and software knowledge
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
