Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Telegram Channel Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the Role:
You will manage and optimize the company’s Telegram channel, coordinate content and campaigns, maintain automated workflows, and monitor performance to improve processes and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Content & Communication
Manage the Telegram channel: publish updates, key announcements, and curated content. Prepare copy and visual assets in line with brand guidelines. Maintain and update the content calendar based on campaign timelines and internal initiatives - Campaigns & Coordination
Coordinate internal campaigns and content activities. Work closely with Product and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams - Automation & Channel Operations
Manage and maintain automated communication flows via SendPulse. Configure message sequences, triggers, and segmentation to support channel performance and consistency. - Analytics & Planning
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on channel performance and content effectiveness, including growth dynamics and interaction metrics. Participate in planning meetings and contribute insights to improve operational processes
Required Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in SMM, CRM, or content marketing (iGaming experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of Telegram tools (channels, chat bots, admin panel)
- Experience with SendPulse or similar platforms (e.g., UniSender, Mailchimp)
- English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Knowledge of Russian is an asset
