Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. We’re looking for a designer who can elevate the user experience across our iGaming products by creating intuitive interfaces, improving usability, and shaping consistent design standards that support product growth and customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll design intuitive, user-centred interfaces that improve product usability and create consistent, scalable design patterns across our platforms. Your work will enhance how players, operators, and internal teams interact with our products by delivering clear, seamless, and visually cohesive experiences that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Development and creation of responsive web pages and landing pages for various products and partner campaigns, ensuring a modern and user-friendly interface.
- Transferring existing projects to Figma, updating layouts in line with the latest tools, components, and design system standards.
- Creating visual resources and advertising graphics (banners, visual elements for campaigns, illustrations for landing pages) in line with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Direct collaboration with external partners and internal teams, adapting materials to their needs and providing design support for ongoing campaigns.
- Adapting and localizing existing layouts for different brands, markets, and devices while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth delivery, verify design accuracy after implementation, and fix inconsistencies.
- Participate in UI/UX improvements by suggesting enhancements for better usability and visual appeal.
- Continuously develop design and Figma skills by learning new plugins, features, and automation tools to speed up workflows.
Required Experience:
- English — B2.
- Russian — B2/Native.
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or commercial projects).
- Deep understanding of modern design principles — layout, hierarchy, color, typography, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma (automatic layout, components, variables, prototyping); Ability to transfer layouts and maintain structure in shared libraries.
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) for creating visual elements and graphic materials.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals — user flows, wireframes, and interface states.Creative thinking and high attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and openness to feedback.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for working with developers.
