Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. We are looking for a creative and user-focused designer to shape intuitive interfaces, elevate product usability, and contribute to a cohesive design experience across our iGaming solutions.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll be responsible for creating user-centred design solutions that improve the clarity, usability, and visual cohesion of our iGaming products. Your work will streamline complex user journeys, support product scalability, and ensure every interaction feels intuitive and engaging across all platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages for partner brands, focusing on usability, conversion, and a seamless user experience across devices.
- Lead redesigns and migration of existing projects to modern Figma workflows, implementing components, variables, and design system standards.
- Create and maintain visual assets (banners, illustrations, campaign graphics) consistent with brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate directly with external partners and internal teams, providing design support and adapting materials to market and campaign specifics.
- Ensure design quality through development handoff and review, verifying implementation accuracy and maintaining visual consistency.
- Analyze and enhance UI/UX solutions, suggesting and implementing improvements based on analytics, testing, and user feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system, maintaining reusable components and shared libraries for efficiency and scalability.
- Stay current with design trends and Figma innovations, using new tools and automation techniques to optimize workflow and team productivity.
Required Experience:
- Russian — B2/Native.
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products.
- Strong visual design expertise — confident understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping; experience working with shared libraries and design systems.
- Solid knowledge of UX design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
- Experience creating visuals (banners, campaign graphics, landing illustrations).
- Understanding of front-end principles (HTML/CSS) to facilitate efficient collaboration with developers.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Proactive mindset and ownership approach to projects, with focus on delivering measurable results.
