Overview:
SOFTSWISS is looking for a Creative Communication Visual Designer to create and develop key visual concepts across marketing, corporate, and digital channels in collaboration with the Art Director.
Purpose of the role:
The role includes working on advertising campaigns, presentations, social media, print, and internal communications, ensuring strong brand consistency, clear messaging, and high visual quality across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities:
- Create key visual concepts and visual assets for marketing, corporate, and digital channels in collaboration with the Art Director.
- Generate and develop visual concepts for advertising campaigns, presentations, social media, print materials, and internal communications.
- Visualize concepts in accordance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and brand-specific characteristics.
- Ensure strong brand consistency and high visual quality across all deliverables.
- Ensure clarity of messaging and strong visual hierarchy across touchpoints.
- Maintain a consistent visual approach across multiple communication channels.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Visual Concept Designer, Key Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Communication Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio featuring key visuals, campaigns, and conceptual work.
- Ability to develop visual concepts from brief to final execution.
- Concept generation and development from scratch is a core professional skill. Being able to generate ideas is a must-have.
- Ability to visualize both self-generated and provided ideas in alignment with brand identity and visual language.
- Experience working with AI tools for idea generation, visual creation, and creative workflow optimization (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana, DALL·E, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Ability to adapt visuals across different channels and formats.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of visual quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of visual communication principles and message hierarchy.
- Ability to work with brand positioning and maintain consistency of visual language.
- Advanced Russian and English.
