Key responsibilities:
- Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
- Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
- Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
- Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
- Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc.
- Arrange referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/ Integrators and others and promote to partners
- Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it
Requirements
- Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
- Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech/Payments
- Experience of working in PSP
- Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev
- Experience in Gambling/Igaming
- Experience in Banking sphere
- Russian/Bulgarian language is not mandatory but will be a plus
