Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Country Project Manager to coordinate market-entry projects from initial assessment through to launch and ongoing operations. You will work across internal teams and external partners to bring projects live in new regulated markets while keeping licensing, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines on track.
Purpose of the Role:
You will lead and coordinate country-launch projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring that teams have the information, requirements, and support needed to enter new markets successfully. Your work will connect business, legal, regulatory, and operational stakeholders, helping projects progress smoothly from market assessment to live operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate country-launch projects across their full lifecycle, from initial market assessment through to the start of operations.
- Organise and facilitate the evaluation of opportunities to enter new markets, gathering and structuring the requirements needed to launch each project.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the information and inputs required for market assessment, licensing, and launch.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisers, regulators, and other partners.
- Coordinate licensing processes and monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects through go-live and provide ongoing post-launch support, including licence maintenance, project documentation, and reporting.
Required Experience:
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skill.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Russian at B2 level or above.
