Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Employer Brand Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy to promote the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand
- Developing brand positioning, brand map, and monitoring the usage of visual brand identity. Creating detailed descriptions of target audience (TA), geography (GEO), insights, and key messages, and ensuring their implementation
- Preparing detailed communication plans for the month/3 months, including goals and objectives, key messages, key geographies, channels used, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conducting tenders among advertising agencies for planned campaigns, including creating briefs, collecting proposals, making presentations, evaluating, selecting contractors, and managing document workflow
- Preparing promotional materials such as Creative Concepts, merchandising items, media banners, and digital visuals
- Analyzing ongoing advertising campaigns, collecting and analyzing campaign reports, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Working with a PR agency to plan monthly publications, budgeting, and expanding brand presence in the media field
- Filming videos to promote the company’s brand and offices
- Increasing brand awareness in key GEOs according to the marketing strategy
- Implementing the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy and developing quarterly and monthly communication plans
- Maintaining an up-to-date list of industry competitions and rankings
- Preparing a monthly analytical report on campaign results and KPI performance
- Efficiently managing and utilizing the marketing budget
- Documenting project workflows
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing
- At least 2 years experience in Employer Brand marketing in companies with high marketing activity
- Proficient PC user
- Experience of working with digital marketing tools, in-depth knowledge of specifics
- Advanced English language skills
- Russian level: Advanced
- High level of problem-setting skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
