Purpose of the role:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance frontend solutions.
You will drive technical decisions, ensure code quality, and contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and help define best practices, while also supporting and advising clients on optimal technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own frontend solutions from design to production
- Drive architectural decisions and propose scalable technical approaches
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to team growth
- Lead code reviews and promote best practices
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of the platform
- Contribute to CI/CD and engineering processes
- Ensure high quality through testing and observability
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Deep expertise in React (Hooks, state management, performance optimization)
- Experience designing scalable frontend architecture
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern UI practices
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of testing (unit, integration)
- Understanding of performance optimization and browser internals
- Experience working in agile teams and cross-team collaboration
