SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Operations Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a person who will help manage the casino product, being actively involved with all teams. The role has a strong focus on data analytics, cross-team collaboration, and continuous product development and improvement. This position also implies a hybrid work format, combining remote work with regular visits to the office in Tbilisi.
Key responsibilities:
- Operational Control: Monitor task timelines and workflow consistency, identify bottlenecks, and implement process optimizations to improve overall efficiency
- Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, identify and analyze system errors or process failures, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
- Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze data related to payments, games, providers, markets. Maintain regular reporting and analytics in Excel or Google Sheets, prepare summary tables, monitor key metrics, and visualize data to support decision-making.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks for retention, content, and support teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of work. Prepare related performance reports and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Risk and Incident Management: Identify operational risks, collaborate with the technical support team to promptly address and resolve incidents, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to ensure business continuity and minimize potential disruptions
- Collaboration and Internal Communication: Provide process clarifications and assist operators and internal teams in resolving ongoing issues, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow
- Product Support and Development: Assist in product development by creating task concepts, supporting delivery processes, and contributing to workflow improvement
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with a technical mindset and a basic understanding of risk management principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy in performing operational and analytical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective collaboration with partners and internal teams
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
- Background in banking, analytics, or customer-facing roles, with solid numerical and mathematical skills
