Overview:
We’re looking for a designer for our Marketing Team with a strong feel for brand design who can treat social as a product: recognizable, consistent, and click-worthy.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll work on video production (to integrate graphics/subtitles/overlays into videos). Create one consistent style and visual discipline across channels. A modern, lively, dynamic delivery — even for standard formats like interviews/Q&A. Consistent content series: recurring rubrics, monthly/news packages, templates that scale easily.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a visual system for social media (Instagram / LinkedIn): templates, typography & style guidelines, components. Design posts and carousels.
- Create simple motion design: short animations for digests, explainers, numbers, titles.
- Work with typography: hierarchy, emphasis, readability, “cinematic” subtitles.
- Quickly produce templates, adaptations, and variants for different formats and platforms.
Required Experience:
- Experience in brand and social design: ability to build a system.
- Strong typography knowledge.
- Motion basics at a confident level: understanding pacing/editing.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Understanding of how to package expert content for social.
- Figma knowledge: work with components, library, and auto layouts.
- Advanced Russian and English (B1).
Nice to have:
- Experience building a brand kit from scratch.
- Portfolio (especially: social media design, brand kits).
