SOFTSWISS with its partner’s development centres in Warsaw and Poznań, has further advanced its approach to work–life balance for employees, supporting local and worldwide sport activities and initiatives
While work-life balance culture is becoming a global standard, SOFTSWISS continues to invest in the empowerment of its employees. This autumn, three events stood out. First, 80 employees joined the City Bike Game for the second year, teaming up for a day of city-wide challenges. Second, Back-end Developer Maksim Hryshyn, supported by the company, represented his club TKWD at the 2025 World Rowing Masters Regatta, taking second place in Men’s Double Sculls. Third, colleagues are going to local marathons in Warsaw, Poznań, and Tbilisi, with SOFTSWISS covering registrations and providing branded kit to make participation effortless.
SOFTSWISS supports employee sports to strengthen team spirit and keep energy high across the business. The company covers entry fees, logistics, and basic kit so colleagues of all fitness levels can take part, turning sport into an inclusive way to connect outside work.
Recognised as Europe’s Employer of the Year 2025, SOFTSWISS continues to invest in employees’ wellbeing. With initiatives such as Summer Kids Camp and IT Picnic in Poland, the company enhanced its own corporate culture and supported the development of the local tech community. Together with its sports initiatives, these projects demonstrate that investing in people’s wellbeing strengthens both the company and the communities around it.
