In December, SOFTSWISS officially opened the doors to a new spacious office in Poznań. After several years of strengthening its position in the local market and the country’s tax sector, the SOFTSWISS team has become one of the most attractive employers in the Polish IT sector. This recognition was further affirmed at the SiGMA Europe Awards in 2022, where SOFTSWISS was honoured with the “Workplace of the Year” award.
SOFTSWISS actively created new jobs, attracting specialists from various fields and areas. In 2023, the Polish staff of SOFTSWISS specialists grew by 98% compared to the previous year, now amounting to 450+ people. With rapid development, the need for expanded workspaces also increased.
This spring, SOFTSWISS opened an office in the prestigious business district of Warsaw, and on the eve of the New Year, the Poznań team moved to the Nowy Rynek E business centre. As a result, the representative office of the international group of companies now occupies an area of 2,000 sq. metres.
The official opening of the new development centre was attended by Head of the Investor Relations Department at Poznan City Hall Katja Lozina, Regional Director of SOFTSWISS in Poland Maciej Wieczorek, and other official guests. In honour of the housewarming, SOFTSWISS Founder Ivan Montik also visited the new development hub in Poznań.
