SOFTSWISS Corporate Values Fest won a bronze medal at the Global Eventex Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious event accolades. For over 15 years, the international tech product company has been a leading provider of technology solutions in the iGaming sector. It was honoured in the ‘Corporate Event’ category, which confirms its high level of organisation and unique approach to corporate events.
The main goal of the Global Eventex Awards is to recognise companies’ outstanding achievements and creativity in organising events. The winners were selected in May from 1,207 entries from 62 countries across six continents. This year’s participants and competitors included well-known companies such as Lufthansa, Unilever, Vodafone, and Cisco.
The corporate event Values Fest, which brought victory to SOFTSWISS, took place in the autumn of 2023. It gathered 1,200 employees from 40 countries for a five-day festival on the Antalya coast in Turkey. The festival featured over 50 activities, ranging from team-building exercises and professional public speaking training to amateur sports and esports events.
The first day focused on active team-building; the second day featured the main event – the White Party – where company employees, founder Ivan Montik, and world stars from Global Deejays played at the DJ console. The festival concluded with a cosy evening on the beach, complete with a bonfire and an acoustic concert. The remaining two days were devoted to facilitating comfortable logistics for the employees.
One of the main goals of the festival was to introduce the company’s updated value system:

All events aligned with these values, including a corporate expert conference where everyone could share knowledge with colleagues and speak on a big stage. Besides the educational program, each day of the festival was filled with entertaining activities that helped unite employees with each other and with management.

Such a large-scale corporate event as Values Fest is not an isolated example for SOFTSWISS. The leading software developer holds such employee meetings annually.
