We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Payment Gateway team. You’ll develop and strengthen our global partner network, supporting the continued growth of our fintech and payment infrastructure.

The Payment Gateway is part of our growing fintech software and payment management system. The team works on providing clients with a payment platform designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions worldwide.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and fully autonomous Senior Business Development Manager to own, scale, and optimize our global banking infrastructure. In this role, you will be the primary strategist and driver of our banking partner network.
You will have full operational freedom to establish new institutional relationships, negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements, and streamline client referral programs across high-risk verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new banking and EMI partners according to diverse international corporate setups;
- Strategic Partnerships: Build, scale, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Bank account providers and financial institutions;
- Revenue Acceleration: Drive referral pipelines by referring external corporate clients to bank partners, managing revenue-share agreements, and maximizing monthly payout yields;
- Client Onboarding Oversight: Oversee and expedite the compliance and onboarding progress of referred clients to ensure smooth flow and quick time-to-revenue.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with potential and existing partners.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Bank Partnerships, Sales/BizDev, or Account Management role within Fintech, Banking or EMI sectors;
- Deep understanding of financial infrastructure and onboarding dynamics in high-risk / regulated industries (iGaming, Gambling, Crypto, Forex, etc.);
- Track record of working independently, driving decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership of projects;
- Advanced English level (C1+) with exceptional written and spoken communication skills for C-level and institutional negotiations;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with external partners.

- Existing network of active contacts among EMIs, Tier-1/Tier-2 Banks, and high-risk PSPs;
- Direct experience in structuring complex international corporate setups and understanding global compliance (KYC/AML) requirements.
