Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimise processes and results
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in the payment gateway or payment service provider industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
