Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Internal Communications Manager.
We need a true and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan: Align internal and executive messaging with the company’s values, mission, culture, and business goals.
- Work cross-functionally across teams: Work in close partnership with human resources, marketing, product, and leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Manage and optimisation the company’s internal communications
channels: ensuring the delivery of the right messages to the right people at the right time. - Produce and publications of communications materials: Develop and author a variety of internal communications, including presentations, policies, announcements, newsletters, and other documents to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
- Support leadership and company meetings: Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, company meetings, workshops, and surveys.
- Manage corporate emergency response communications: Prepare crisis communication plans and inform employees of challenging situations in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on communications technology: Keep up with the latest tools, technology, and digital platforms to provide the best methods for effective internal communication.
- Work cross-functionally across teams: Work in close partnership with human resources, marketing, product, and leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Measure success: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, set goals, and measure the success of internal communications initiatives.
- Following internal procedures: Maintaining and making effective use of the marketing budget. Documenting project workflows.
Requirements:
- Higher education: a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Experience: You have 5-10 years of experience writing in a corporate environment. You’ve managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets and internal social media channels.
- Strong executive communications experience: Ability to write and tailor content for specific audiences and demonstrate an understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
- Stellar interpersonal skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships. You thrive collaborating with other individuals and teams.
- Organized and creative. You can meet deadlines and work at a fast pace.
