Throughout February, employees across different locations participated in engaging challenges, networking events, and cultural celebrations – each designed to foster connections, encourage appreciation, and create a more dynamic and inclusive work environment.

As SOFTSWISS continues its rapid growth, expanding its team by 21% over the past year, fostering a sense of unity has become a key priority. The company embraces a ‘We See People’ and ‘We Care’ value, which goes beyond words to shape everyday interactions and long-term strategies. This approach ensures that employees feel heard, valued, and empowered to bring their best ideas forward. Better Together Month is a reflection of this commitment, offering meaningful opportunities for employees to connect, collaborate, and support each other both professionally and personally.
Strengthening Bonds Through Engaging Initiatives
The Better Together campaign highlighted the importance of appreciation and connection in the workplace, encouraging employees to pause, reflect, and recognise the colleagues who make a difference.

Recognising this, the Internal Communications Team at SOFTSWISS actively fosters initiatives that strengthen team spirit and create a supportive work environment.
The campaign launched in February with the Active Together Challenge on social media – an initiative encouraging employees to share their favourite ways to stay active and invite colleagues to join. Regardless of the activity chosen, the goal remained the same: to feel good, stay motivated, and support one another. A healthy, active team is a strong team, and that is exactly what this challenge was all about.
As part of this effort, Gratitude Canvases were placed in key office locations, allowing employees to share messages of thanks and encouragement, reinforcing team bonds. Tea ceremonies provided a quiet space to step away from work, fostering genuine conversations and deeper connections. These initiatives reinforced a culture where people feel valued and seen. Whether through written words of appreciation or shared moments over tea, they strengthened the understanding that strong teams thrive on mutual support and recognition.
Honouring Cultural Diversity
The initiative culminated in Treat Thursday, a celebration of cultural diversity within the SOFTSWISS community. Employees across different regions shared traditional treats and customs, fostering cross-cultural appreciation and strengthening team bonds. From Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday) in Poland to the festive traditions of Maslenitsa in Georgia, these moments of shared joy highlight the richness of the company’s multicultural environment.
