Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for 3D Motion & Graphic Designer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and animating 3D content with a focus on exhibition projects;
- Developing and implementing visual concepts for marketing campaigns according to the terms of reference and briefs;
- Collaborating with a creative team to create 3D content and VFX for marketing projects;
- Creating and adapting design layouts and advertising creatives of any complexity for external and internal channels (ATL, BTL, digital, etc.);
- Creating animated software interfaces, animated infographics, and diagrams;
- Editing videos and adding animated effects;
- Developing of 3d assets for brand book
- Designing printed materials for events/marketing campaigns and preparing layouts for printing (posters, programs, badges, press-walls, banners, posters, corporate merchandising, souvenirs, etc.) Experience in printing is desirable
- Participating in creative brainstorming sessions;
- Researching and implementing modern trends and tools in motion graphics;
- Presenting creative ideas and finding innovative solutions;
- Striving to achieve and exceed established KPIs within their tasks and projects, including deadlines, quality of work and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Professional education, work experience not less than 5 years;
- Experience in motion design and video editing: Cinema 4d, Octane render, After Effects is a must,
- Experience in graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
- Knowledge of trends in motion design, graphic design and marketing;
- Skills in working with brand guidelines and converting marketing goals into visual materials;
- Experience in creating visual materials for multi-channel advertising campaigns;
- Highly motivated, positive thinking, ability to multi-task, attentiveness, stress tolerance;
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and meet deadlines;
- Organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Professional portfolio is a must;
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience in working with complex content for exhibition stands will be a plus
