Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for Brand Manager. We need a true, experienced professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead brand marketing initiatives for one or several B2B product lines within our portfolio
- Own the brand positioning and messaging architecture in alignment with business strategy and product development
- Collaborate closely with Product, PR, Digital, Design, and Events teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Develop integrated brand campaigns (from strategy to execution), working with both internal teams and external partners
- Translate complex product and market insights into clear, compelling narratives
- Monitor brand health metrics, market trends, and competitor positioning – and turn them into actionable insights
- Support strategic marketing planning and brand guardianship at a global scale
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or B2B segments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
- Proven experience working with mature or evolving brand platforms
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning and execution
- A keen eye for storytelling – both visual and verbal – and attention to detail
- Confidence to work across functions and cultures in a fast-paced international environment
- Being able to adapt and change directions in an instant
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, initiative, proactivity and strong can-do attitude
- Advanced level of spoken and written English and Russian
- Advanced use of Excel, Power Point, Google Docs
Additional skills:
- iGaming industry experience is a plus, but not required
