Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Analyst.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the role:
You will play a key role in shaping an internal ERP system by translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements for the development team.
Your work will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across the company to understand, formalize, and prioritize requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that automate accounting routines, management reporting, and broader business processes.
By supporting developers and QA throughout the entire software development lifecycle, you will help build scalable, user-focused products that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements
- Formalization, documentation and visualization of requirements
- Digest complex requirements and convert into acceptance criteria
- Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders Interaction with the development team
- Development and maintenance of the documentation
- Planning and monitoring of BA process and activities
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BA activities
- Proven business and systems analysis skills coupled with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements
- Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies
- Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile
- Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications
- English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral)
Nice to have:
- Experience with projects related to development accounting and business applications
