Overview:
We are hiring a Country Project Manager Assistant to join our Game Aggregator Team. In this role, you will support the Country Project Manager in coordinating with game providers across regulated markets, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate processing of tasks from internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and various regulatory documents, while contributing to product development initiatives.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the Country Project Manager in coordinating with game providers on regulated markets, managing and organizing critical documentation, and processing tasks from internal teams. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient information flow, enabling the Game Aggregator Team to make informed decisions and successfully develop products for multiple regulated markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with game providers on regulated markets to gather information on game availability, certifications, licenses, and operational terms
- Process and organize tasks from internal teams via Jira, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates in Confluence and Google Drive
- Manage and maintain documentation, ensuring all regulatory and provider-related files are properly stored, sorted, and easily accessible
Required Experience:
- Advanced Russian and English
- Experience working with documents (invoices, agreements, certificates) and Excel.
- Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and basic analytics systems is a plus

- Experience with analytics systems
