SOFTSWISS is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Account management Department.
You’ll work on Game Aggregator product, contributing to our continued growth and innovation.
About Product:
SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator
A fast and cost-effective solution that allows you to integrate and manage casino gaming content easily
Purpose of the Role:
You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely implementation of updates and changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing requests to enable new providers and currencies for the casino
- Checking new providers and currencies functionality at the casino
- Working with documents: collecting required documents from clients, checking the conformity of all necessary documents according to the list
- Technical configuration of new projects
- Preparing invoices and different reports to clients
- Interaction with other Game Aggregator teams and clients
- Mailing to clients with important changes and monitoring the implementation of these changes
Required Experience:
- Written and spoken English B1-B2
- Russian language at least B2
- Self-organization, multitasking, attentiveness
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to search independently, analyze and systematize information
