A part of SOFTSWISS solutions offered to clients to facilitate their iGaming brand growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (chats/e-mails)
- Assist in solving customer problems and current issues
- Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training)
- Make daily reports
- Work from a comfortable office
- Working on a shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts). HYBRID WORK
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian
- Experienced PC user
- Stress tolerance
- Self-organization
- Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
- Team player with customer oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience in Customer Service will be a plus
