SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating a brand presence strategy in digital channels (Digital marketing strategy): approach, division of channels between targets, budget, KPI
- Development of presence in the digital space, implementation of innovative approaches, growth hacking
- Knowledge of digital planning approaches
- Implementation of quarterly and monthly brand communication plans in digital channels
- Launch promo of all types of advertising materials for digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Monitoring the implementation of digital channels KPI for coverage, attracting traffic and leads, improving efficiency
- Preparation of a monthly analytical report on the results of the placement and the implementation of KPIs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related position
- Experience with digital marketing tools (SMM, targeting), deep knowledge of the specifics
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools working and digital planning approaches
- Experience in using Jira or other task management tools
- Good analytical skills
- University degree (marketing, journalism, or related areas)
- High motivation, positive thinking, ability to cope with multitasking, stress resistance
- Ability to conduct effective communication
- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level+
- Ability to cope with multitasking
