Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Email Marketing Manager in Poland. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to enhance engagement, promote products and drive website traffic
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to ensure they are visually appealing, persuasive and on-brand
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates and optimise in-box settings
- Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalisation and advanced features
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements, report on the email marketing campaigns
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimise unsubscribes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience working as an Email Marketing Specialist or Email Marketing Manager
- Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
- General knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with email automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Customer.io etc.)
- Strong understanding of database management, segmentation, and email deliverability
- A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
- English level B2+
- Higher education (Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field).
Nice to have:
- Experience in marketing IT products and experience working with B2B audiences
- Russian language
