Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial controller.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Participating in month-end-close activities
- Facilitating adequate cost allocation among departments and business units
- Ensuring proper implementation of budget policies and maintaining cost control system
- Monthly reporting and interacting with all the departments of the company on financial analysis matters
- Participating in automation projects, incl. Initiating and implementation control (testing)
- Preparing budgets and forecasts together with department heads to implement their initiatives and achieve corporate goals
- Other Ad Hoc reports, analysis, tasks requested by management
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance/accounting or related fields
- English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
- Experience with 1C or Xero or similar software
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills ensuring meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accounting knowledge
