Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial Specialist.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the accuracy and consistency of financial data by performing reconciliations, verifying incoming information, and assisting with billing and payment checks.
You will help maintain smooth month-end closing processes and contribute to internal reporting by preparing supporting data and ad hoc reports.
Your attention to detail and methodical approach will ensure data integrity, while your proactive mindset will support continuous improvements in financial operations across the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing manual reconciliations and cross-checks of financial data
- Verifying incoming data from internal teams and external partners
- Supporting billing and payment checks
- Assisting with the preparation of internal reports
- Supporting the month-end closing process
- Performing other Ad Hoc reports and tasks requested by management
Required Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within international companies
- Solid Excel skills
- Experience with 1C or Xero or similar software
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral)
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks and maintain accuracy
