Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Head of Product.
We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Head of Product to lead the development and growth of our Sportsbook product. You will manage a cross-functional team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers) and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle — from strategy to launch and optimization. A key focus will be on building a transparent and predictable product development system based on data and market expertise, with an emphasis on scalability, performance and partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Planning
- Define and develop the Sportsbook product strategy in close alignment with business goals
- Establish a structured product planning model (roadmap, quarterly planning, discovery backlog)
- Manage the product portfolio, prioritizing features and initiatives based on value vs. effort
- Create a system to monitor the status of tasks and processes (in collaboration with delivery and engineering teams)
- Organize regular product reviews and product health sessions based on key metrics
- Metrics, Analytics, and Quality Control
- Define and implement key product KPIs: retention, LTV, time-to-market, NPS, SLA for delivery, % of plan accuracy
- Analyze customer experience and feedback to make informed decisions about the roadmap
- Build a system for collecting data on product usage, partner engagement and activity
- Introduce team performance metrics: velocity, cycle time, release predictability
- Team and Process Management
- Lead a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and Designers. Maintain a high level of discipline in planning and team focus

- Set up discovery and delivery processes together with technical teams
- Collaborate with other product verticals and centers of excellence within the company
- Actively participate in team growth, employee motivation, recognition and all people management processes
- Partner and Cross-Functional Team Management
- Gather, structure and digitize requirements from partners and internal teams
- Participate in client meetings to identify pain points and market opportunities
- Ensure solution customization for key partners’ needs without compromising the core product
- Work closely with the marketing, support, sales and legal compliance departments
Requirements:
- English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Proven experience in the betting industry (Sportsbook)
- Experience with B2B platforms (B2C experience is a plus)
- 5+ years as a Head of Product or Lead Product Manager
- Strong ability to build and maintain a clear planning and progress control system
- Deep understanding of Sportsbook mechanics: odds, margin, risk, feeds, bet slip, live and pre-match markets
- Experience in launching and maintaining complex B2B products
- Technical literacy, understanding of architecture, API, DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in setting and managing product KPIs
- Ability to establish effective processes where the roadmap aligns with delivery
Nice to have:
- Experience working with regulated markets
- Understanding of multi-brand and multi-jurisdictional solutions
- Product discovery skills, including conducting customer interviews and analyzing user journeys
- Ability to balance between customization and core product development
