SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Internal Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
– Internal Communications Strategy: Design and implement communication strategies to enhance internal storytelling, employee engagement, and collaboration.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to improve communication flows and align messaging with company values.
– Content Creation & Strategy: Identify key internal stories and develop creative formats, including videos, interactive updates, and employee-driven storytelling.
– Internal Engagement Initiatives: Lead campaigns and interactive initiatives (e.g., gamification, internal challenges) to boost engagement and morale.
– Corporate Merchandise Management: Oversee the corporate merchandise strategy, including product development, feedback gathering, and vendor management.
– Employee Recognition Programs: Develop and enhance employee recognition initiatives, including digital kudos and reward systems.
– Event Support: Assist in organizing internal events, such as All Hands meetings and town halls, to promote engagement and communication.
– Analytics & KPIs: Define and track key communication KPIs, measuring the impact on employee satisfaction, eNPS, and overall engagement.
– Content Collaboration: Work with editorial teams to shape the internal news agenda and ensure consistent, relevant messaging.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, or marketing. – Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work as a strategic partner across departments.
– Previous experience leading employee engagement initiatives and rolling out company-wide communication projects.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (B2+/C1 level).
– Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Canva.
– Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving employee experience.
