Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the Total Rewards team and is looking for a Junior Total Rewards Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of Total Rewards processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and the Senior Total Rewards team members, facilitating effective communication and resolving basic queries.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and documentation for salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits enrollment.
- Support Senior colleagues with the implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the organisation.
- Help maintain internal databases and reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Contribute to internal education and communication efforts around Total Rewards policies and updates.
- Stay informed about Total Rewards’ best practices and trends to suggest improvements to internal processes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to act as a bridge between teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant HR tools/systems.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Total Rewards domain.
Nice to have:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
- Exposure to international HR practices or experience in a global company is a plus.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry or a fast-paced tech environment is beneficial.
- Russian language skills would be an advantage.
