SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Key Account Manager.
A Key Account Manager in payment systems is responsible for managing relationships with payment providers, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving any payment-related issues. Their role includes negotiating terms, escalating requests, overseeing integrations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize payment processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Communication with payment providers: building relationships with payment providers, escalating requests and requesting credentials for new enablings
- Interaction with the operations and integration teams regarding issues in communication with payment providers

Requirements:
- 1+ year of working experience in Payments
- Experience in communication and problem-solving with payment providers
- English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Strong communication skill, ability to complex problem solving
- Ability to strictly meet deadlines
