FinteqHub continues to expand the team and is looking for Key Account Manager – Lead. We need a proactive, results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key Payment Service Providers (PSPs), while also serving as a trusted partner to the Team Lead in driving team performance and operational excellence.

Purpose for the role:
This role goes beyond traditional account management – you will play a key part in shaping partnerships, influencing revenue growth, and supporting team strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key PSP partners
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high-quality communication and support
- Identify growth opportunities and optimise key metrics (AR, margins, performance)
- Negotiate commercial terms, including discounts and referral agreements
- Drive new client acquisition through PSP partnerships
- Develop and execute joint growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Explore new solutions, markets, and channels to scale partnerships
Team Support & Operational Leadership:
- Act as a deputy to the Team Lead, supporting team coordination and execution
- Help drive strategic initiatives and ensure their timely delivery
- Monitor task quality across Jira and ensure high standards of execution
- Contribute to reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Partnerships / similar roles
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, PSP, or iGaming industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Advanced English (daily communication with partners)
- Based in the EU
