Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a L3 Senior Support Engineer.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of hybrid server infrastructure
- Maintenance of active network equipment (including cloud-based communication channels), office network development
- Diagnostics and solution of hardware and software problems of office infrastructure, including cloud-based
- RnD and implementation of new services
- Maintenance of technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
- Participation in accounting and inventory of equipment (in terms of infrastructure)
- Diagnosis and solution of hardware and software problems of company employees
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience at companies with 100+ employees, of which at least 4 years with specialized systems (Windows Server, VMware, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of modern operating systems MS Windows Server;
- Understanding the security principles of MS Windows operating systems
- Massive deployment tools and automation
- Remote management options
- WDS, MDT, SCCM
- Expert knowledge of MS Active Directory (ADDS backup and recovery, ADDS scheme in details, FSMO, replication in details, in-depth knowledge of how things work under the hood) and expert knowledge of Group Policy (software installation, filters, access control, software deployment, application filtering, etc.)
- Practical experience in implementation and industrial virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, and/or equivalents)
- P2V\V2V migration
- clastering (Vmware VCSA)
- Network experience at least at level Mikrotik MTCRE\Cisco CCNP
- firewall deep understanding (chains, mangle)
- VPN technology (Site-to-Site solutions, wireguard, L2 VPN )
- Wifi solutions (Ubiquiti, UNMS)
- essentials of CCTV
- Cloud Services (Azure\Google Workspace)
- IDP Experience (Azure\GW\OKTA)
- SSO
- SAML
- SCIM
- Scripting languages (powershell\python\bash)
- daily routine automation

- Understanding of the basics of information security and basic Linux experience (system management, nginx\proxy, cert management)
- English B1+ (be able to participate in meetings with vendors tech support and sale\presale managers)

- Experience in on-premise-cloud and vice versa migration
- Practical experience with centralized anti-virus protection systems
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Experience with Apple (macOS)
- Higher technical education

- Experience with any software configuration management solution (Ansible, etc)
