Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Liquidity Control Manager to join our Finance Team.
We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the group’s daily cash flow and liquidity position
- Develop and implement effective liquidity management strategies
- Conduct regular cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Identify and mitigate liquidity risks
- Optimize the use of cash and other financial resources
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective cash management
- Prepare and present liquidity reports to senior management
- Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
- Implement and maintain cash management systems and tools
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance (preferably within international companies)
- English (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
- Problem solving, big picture thinking
- Confident to work with people at all levels and from different fields
- Open to variety and challenge
