Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring product quality by executing complex manual test cases and contributing to thorough test planning and documentation.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and analyzing defects, supporting regression testing, and maintaining comprehensive test materials that contribute to long-term product stability and team knowledge sharing.
Your work will enable clear communication across teams, ensure timely and coordinated releases, and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and best practices—helping deliver reliable and high-quality software every step of the way.
Key responsibilities:
- Executing difficult manual test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications;
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and anomalies to support issue resolution;
- Contribute to and control regression testing efforts to ensure the stability of existing functionality after introducing new features or making changes;
- Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing;
- Collaborate closely with team to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the testing process;
- Planning implementation dates, coordination of releases (control of deadlines, conclusion on the possibility of release);
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and best practices in software quality assurance.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
- Base experience with Accounting, ERP projects by 1C and other vendors;
- English level: Intermediate and higher;
- Russian level: close to native level.

- Experience with CI tools: Jira, Test Rail, Vanessa, VSC, Git, Allure.
