Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidates to support our Marketing Department in managing operational processes related to budgeting, documentation flow, and basic marketing spend analytics. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in analytics and marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a cross-functional environment and working on real business tasks.
Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our Marketing Team with your analytic skills while assisting in tasks regarding the budget, working with experienced specialists across the company and keeping the data in order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and analysing marketing budgets across different channels and campaigns.
- Provide basic insights on the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Coordinate contracts and payment processes with the Legal and Finance teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all marketing-related agreements and spending commitments.
Required Experience:
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic data visualisation).
- Understanding of document workflow and budgeting principles.
- Advanced level of English (C1) and Russian (B2).
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with large volumes of numerical data.
Nice to have:
- Educational background or work experience in accounting, finance, or economics (preferred).
- Experience with 1C and Jira (as a user) is a strong advantage.
