Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Office Manager in Warsaw. We need an experienced and enthusiastic candidate who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations (including records management, inventory control, mail handling and supplier coordination)
• Supervise cleaning stuff and ensure the office is well organised and maintained
• Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters
• Collaborate with internal department to facilitate smooth operational processes
• Work closely with the Event Manager to organise in-office events
• Manage purchasing documentation
• Oversee the WINSTYLE shop (including receiving and distributing orders, tracking deliveries and conducting periodic inventory checks)
• Support the onboarding of new employees by coordinating access card issuance and office inductions
• Develop and enhance office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workplace experience
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an Office Manager/Receptionist position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar application
• Fluency in English (B2), Russian (B2) and Polish (B2)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and initiative in problem-solving and office management
