Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Partnership Reconciliation Manager to join our Game Aggregator team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to oversee partner contract analysis, financial reconciliation, and reporting processes, ensuring smooth collaboration with game providers and supporting the growth of our Game Aggregator product.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for SOFTSWISS’ partners, analyzing contracts and game provider agreements, and providing insights that support smooth collaboration and informed business decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and optimization of processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Game Aggregator operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and verify contracts with game providers, ensuring clear understanding of partnership terms
- Collect and manage information on game features, licensing requirements, and due diligence procedures
- Perform financial calculations, prepare and verify monthly reports, and optimize reporting processes
- Monitor partner performance and contribute to product development and operational improvements
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation, contract analysis, or account management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools (1C, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working with documents such as Foreign Trade Agreements, invoices, or similar business contracts
Nice to have:
- Experience as an account manager or in partner relationship management
- Familiarity with analytics systems and financial reporting tools
- Previous experience in the iGaming or software industry
