Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Pre-sale Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests from potential clients through various channels, including the website, social media, email, and other communication channels
- Product consultation by providing information and answering client questions about the product’s features and benefits.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs and decision-making authority to ensure they align with SOFTSWISS target customer profile.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Collect and deliver feedback on common client questions, needs, and requests to improve the product and marketing materials.
- Maintain reporting and analyze lead conversion metrics to optimize the inbound lead handling process.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or pre-sale (preferably in IT, SaaS, or service industries)
- Ability to quickly understand the product and clearly communicate its benefits
- Strong communication skills, with fluent written and spoken language
- Experience working with CRM systems, analytics, and communication tools
- Ability to efficiently manage incoming requests and prioritize effectively
- Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Finance)
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, multitasking, diligence, high level of responsibility
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
