Overview:
SOFTSWISS is looking for a Product Owner – Employee Experience Platform to lead the strategy and development of our internal platform for employees. The Platform started as a branded merch store, but today it’s much more: recognition, gamification, onboarding, and cultural activations. We’re building a digital product that unites multiple elements of employee experience in one place. We need a Product Owner who knows how to manage platforms, design gamified user flows, and calculate the economics behind engagement.
Purpose of the role:
As the Product Owner of the Employee Experience Platform, you’ll own the platform end to end: shaping its roadmap and backlog, ensuring smooth collaboration with development, design, and PX&C, building gamification mechanics and unit economics that actually work, and delivering features that make employee experience tangible. Your goal is to turn Employee Experience Platform into a central touchpoint where employees connect with our culture, learn about our products, recognize each other, and enjoy a modern digital workplace every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product strategy and backlog: features, UX improvements, drops, campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and PX&C teams to drive platform growth.
- Design and validate gamification mechanics (tokens, badges, challenges, levels) to boost recognition and engagement.
- Build and track the unit economics of the platform: token circulation, redemption rates, cost per engagement, ROI.
- Partner with Finance and Analytics to make sure gamification and monetization models are sustainable.
- Ensure smooth daily operations: assortment, logistics, integrations.
- Gather feedback and run research to improve platform usability and employee experience.
- Track and report key metrics: platform usage, recognition participation, onboarding completion, etc.
- Align the platform with employee journey together with Onboarding team, People Experience, HRBP, Talent Development, and leaders across functions.
- Lead a small team: set goals, coach, and keep focus on the big picture.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in product management or managing digital platforms.
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or gamified platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to calculate and optimize unit economics.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, UX, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent English skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with loyalty programs, internal economies, or gamification design.
- HR-tech or employee engagement platform experience.
- Understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations.
- Russian language is a strong plus.
