Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a PSP Support Agent to join our PSP Support Team. You’ll play a key role in processing customer requests, resolving issues, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing requests from customers and payment systems in the Jira helpdesk system, as well as by mail.
- Maintaining the efficiency of payment systems.
- Interaction with payment systems.
- Analysis and identification of patterns in problems with payments with subsequent reporting.
- Interaction with related departments (2nd line, Finance, Account managers, B2C…).
- Working on a shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, there are also night shifts (2-4 per month)).
Required Experience:
- Higher or incomplete higher education, preference for graduates of technical universities.
- English and Russian, not lower than Upper Intermediate.
- Experience with payment systems preferred.
- Experience in support with helpdesk systems is desirable.
- Experience in technical support (1st or 2nd line) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the basics of WEB architecture will be a plus.
