Responsibilities:
– Segment player database based on various criteria such as activity, casino games preferences, and demographics;
– Analyze player behavior and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for improvement;
– Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty;
– Create personalized and targeted promotions, bonuses, and communications to maximize player engagement;
– Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication;
– Optimize communication channels, including email, SMS to ensure effective and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
– Implement A/B testing to refine messaging and improve response rates;
– Gather player feedback through surveys and other channels to understand player preferences and areas for improvement;
-Utilize feedback to enhance the overall player experience and inform CRM strategies;
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives;
– Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, player retention, and other relevant metrics;
– Provide insights and recommendations to improve the player experience and maximize customer lifetime value;
– Ensure that all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards;
Requirements:
– Having at least 1 year of experience in Marketing would be advantageous;
– Good English spoken and written (Intermediate or above);
– Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
– Customer-first mindset;
– Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
– Data-driven approach;
– Experience and knowledge working with email automation tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme push), track record of successful execution of email marketing campaigns, experience building omnichannel marketing campaigns;
-Knowledge of analytical tools;
– Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues.
