Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
• Manages larger TD projects (Management CoE, in the future – LMS implementation, Performance Management)
• Responsible for training design and delivery
• Provides coaching and consulting for Managers
• Provides reporting and analytics related to projects
• Facilitates meetings, including on demand for other teams
• Supports and optimization of TD processes in the Company (performance, development)
• Ensures automatization of processes
• Participates in cross-team projects to bring TD perspective to them
Requirements:
• Experience in Talent Development/Learning&Development from 7 years;
• Experience with project management from 5 years
• Experience with training design and delivery from 5 years
• University degree, certification in training design and delivery (at least one from any international provider, like DDI, Ken Blanchard)
• Leadership to lead project teams of high-level professionals
• Effective communication
• Fluent English and Russian (C1, written and verbal)
• Project management skills (proven ability to lead and bring results in big projects)
• Preferred experience in IT sector/igaming/gamedev
• Previous experience in other HR roles is a plus
Additional skills:
• Ability to structure and convey information
• Experience in creating analytics and presentations with reports
• Skill of design and delivery of soft-skills trainings online
• Knowledge of Miro, Power Point presentation and Excel
• Knowledge of learning theory (Kolb cycle, 6D, learning styles, androgogy)
• HR general processes: Performance management, Learning&Development, Hiring, Exit, Motivation
• Data management: how to collect, store, analyze data, also data security in TD related area
• Cultural differences basics; visualization of information – at least basics of color theory, fonts, overall visual presentation of information.
